Walk into History

Join your guide, Archie, for a 2 hour walk around the surroundings of Paradise and learn a little of the local culture and history.

Archie has grown up here and has many stories to tell about the area. He’ll show you the site of the nearby ruined village – and even where the bathrooms used to be! Learn about the families of Southern Taveuni at the cemetery and marvel at the never-ending rows of coconut trees in the Vatuwiri Plantation.

And don’t worry about food on your walk – it’s impossible to go hungry on Taveuni with papayas, bananas and coconuts growing on the trees just waiting for you to enjoy!
